Your uploaded photos are sent securely to our AI processing partner (Replicate) for generation. Photos are retained temporarily during processing and are deleted from our servers within 30 days of upload unless you choose to save them to your gallery.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may have access to your data:

• Replicate AI: Processes uploaded photos to generate AI baby face images. Their privacy policy applies to data they process.
• Stripe: Handles all payment processing. Your payment card details are processed securely through Stripe and never stored on our servers.
