Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchases

Credits are a virtual currency used to generate AI baby face images on FutureFace AI. Please review our refund rules for credits:

  • Unused Credits: If you have purchased credits and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Partially Used Credits: Credits that have been partially used are non-refundable. Once a credit has been consumed to generate an image, it cannot be refunded.
  • Expired Credits: Credits that have expired due to inactivity or subscription cancellation are non-refundable.

2. Subscription Cancellations

If you have an active subscription, the following applies:

  • Cancelling a Subscription: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refund on Cancellation: We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. Your subscription will remain active until the paid period ends.
  • Recurring Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew by default. To avoid being charged, please cancel before your renewal date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for unused credits within the 14-day window:

  1. Send an email to support@futurefaceai.net with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. Include your order number or transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  4. Briefly describe the reason for your request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Credits have been used to generate images
  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Your account has been suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • You have already received a refund for the same purchase

5. Service Issues & Generation Quality

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using your credits (e.g., a failed generation that consumed a credit), please contact us at support@futurefaceai.net and we will credit your account for the failed generation. Please note that AI-generated images are predictions for entertainment purposes, and variations in output quality are inherent to the technology and are not grounds for a refund.
