FutureFace AI is an AI-powered service that generates predicted baby face images by combining photos you upload with selected partner photos or celebrity images. The Service is provided for entertainment and novelty purposes only. Generated images are AI predictions and do not represent actual biological outcomes.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

"User Content" refers to any photos, images, or other materials you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to upload the content
• The content does not violate any third party's rights, including privacy rights
• The content does not contain illegal material
• If uploading photos of other people, you have their consent

You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process the content to provide the Service.

5. Payment & Credits

The Service may offer free and paid tiers. Paid features are accessed through credits or subscriptions:

• Credits: Credits are a virtual currency used to generate images. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Subscriptions: Recurring subscriptions provide a monthly allotment of credits. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FutureFace AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Generated AI images are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share generated images on social media with attribution. Commercial use of generated images requires written permission from us.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Generate images intended to harass, bully, or defame anyone
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
• Use generated images commercially without authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutureFace AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
